The delivery costs are €2.95 for shipments to mainland France.

The jewelry is handmade and often made to order: the time to prepare your order is up to 48 hours.

Once your order is ready, it will be sent by tracked green letter. You will receive a confirmation email when it is shipped as well as the tracking number that will allow you to follow the package. The delivery time once the order has been shipped is 2 to 4 days for mainland France.

Delivery costs are free from 49 €.

Delivery is possible throughout the European Union! For shipments outside France:

Your jewelry is made and prepared within 2 working days (Monday-Friday) and sent by international letter with a tracking number which will allow you to follow the package.

Delivery time: 2 to 8 days after the dispatch date.

To make your jewelry I use gold and silver stainless steel.

Gold jewelry is partly gold plated.

On the site you will find several pieces of jewelry that you can personalize: necklaces and bracelets (to be found in the menu at the top and clicking on 'personalize your jewelry').

Just read the product description carefully and follow the steps. Don't hesitate if you have any questions or specific requests.

Stainless steel is durable and withstands water well. However, it is best to avoid contact with salt and chlorinated water as well as chemicals:

Our necklaces and bracelets are made with 5 cm extension chains (stainless steel) that allow you to adjust the jewelry to your preference.

The sizes of the jewelry are mentioned in the product description.

About the rings: they are adjustable, but some rings have limits. The min - max sizes can be found in the description.

Your jewelry is carefully packaged in our small shell-shaped jewelry boxes or small pouches.

In each order I include a card with a little message and maintenance advice that you will also find on the ' maintenance advice ' page.

It is important to take good care of your jewelry to keep it in good condition for as long as possible.

It is possible to return or exchange your item if it does not suit you within 14 days (from the date of receipt of the package).

The jewel must be returned in its original condition, never worn or exposed to water, with all the elements of the package. Return costs are the responsibility of the customer.
